In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase or decide that you are not wanting to keep the item ordered you may return the parcel back to us for a refund or exchange depending on what you prefer. 

kindly ship it to back to us in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Refund will be of the item purchase price

Note: Return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.
Kindly note that no credits or refunds are given on shipping costs.

Please contact of us when wanting to do a return before you send it back so that we can give you the return delivery address.

NB: When returning please add the following information to the outside of the parcel “Returned (product name e.g Shirt) to Acts Africa” This is needed for custom purposes
