Shipping

All items ships from Kampala, Uganda and are posted through Post Office Uganda standard Registered mail.

Delivery time depends on the season and destination customs policy.

Uganda: 3-5 Days.
African and Europe: 1-2  weeks.
US and Canada: 2-3 weeks.
Asia and the rest of the world: 3-4 Weeks

We are responsible for any items lost and damaged items during the shipping process.  A tracking number is provided for your item which makes it easy to track and trace it's location.
