Yes, a customer may change shipping address by contacting us immediately after placing the order. Can contact us through our email customer support system or by filling in the contact form. If the order has been shipped, it's impossible to change shipping address or to cancel. 

Delivery time depends on the season and destination customs policy.

Europe: 12-14 Days
United States: 12-15 day

Canada: 14-18 Days

Asia and Rest of the world: 14-16 Days 

Once order has been placed, you will receive an order a confirmation email on your provided email ID. Then within 1-2 business day, you will receive another email containing your parcel tracking number and details of your parcel that will help you to track your package in-case of delayed delivery or item being lost. 

Tracking info is updated 1 to 2 days once the item has been shipped. Some times it happened that the package is not yet scanned. That makes it hard for you or us to track it. However if you haven't received your item within a given time period, kindly contact us. 

Check around your house or apartment whether anyone received your package on your behalf. Also can contact your local area national postal office in case you are unable to locate your parcel. Kindly note once the package has been sent and marked as "delivered" we can not grant a refund or reship another package.
